I’ve been working out for 35 years. Today, I signed up for a free trial on anytimefitness.ca to go to this gym for a 1:30 pm appointment. When I got to the gym, for my appointment, they told me they didn’t do free trials at the gym. I explained that I had booked it through anytimefitness.ca and that I had a confirmation email with the date and time of an appointment. Great place, most machines I have seen in a gym, needs a few more cables. The double cable row is addictive. Great dumbbell area, one deadlift platform that meets my requirements perfectly. Solid general fitness facility. Four stars as there is room for improvement, ie weight trees so we don't have to strip the squat racks or accidentally strip some ones working sets. Been training here for two months.
Awesome place to train, decent equipment with really good easygoing people that are super helpful.
