I've had an incredibly positive experience since joining this gym. My personal trainer Samra has been nothing but exceptional! Her training style is exactly what I need. She's incredibly supportive, encouraging and puts together workouts that leave you feeling great about yourself. It's been such a wonderful experience and a great pleasure to work with her. My experience training with Samra has been very good. I've had many health issues the last few years, but despite this, Samra's motivation and methods of training still allow me to progress towards a healthier lifestyle. As an example, for all of September, I've been wearing a dress shirt that was very tight fitting around my chest and waist. By the end of the month, I was able to fit in the shirt without a problem. I commend Samra as a personal trainer. If you want to see progress, she's the real deal!
