I'm editing my Five Star review (still five stars) as I thought it needed some detail. I started with AF-Epicenter a bit over two years ago and had specific goals in mind: stability and agility. And while those goals remain the same, the selection of group training classes including Spin, Build, Burn, Base, Rolling & Recovery as well as classes directed at Seniors (Senior Strength) has taken me in new directions. I will say my issues with this gym are the members, sadly. Very few people wipe their machines, which I find absolutely disgusting... There is one guy in particular that has a bad cough and hacks constantly (for about 8 months, same hacking)... I have actually had to leave before because the noise of his constant hacking is so disgusting it makes me feel ill. So he is coughing, hacking, not covering his mouth, blows his nose and inspects it, and rarely wipes his machine down. Also, several members leave their trash everywher... read more

Limited equipment and a small space, but at least it is available at 3 AM for us early risers
