The gym is new and sparkling clean every time I come. Kristi, the manager is super friendly and encouraging. It’s a great environment with lots of good equipment is excellent condition.
I just wish to thank Christy for today. I'll admit I was somewhat hesitant about joining before I walked in your doors. I left happy. Her demeanor and openness explaining operations and procedures was so comfortable and made joining A.F. an easy decision. I look forward to enjoying the friendly atmosphere at A.F.
I worked out at this location for about a week and had an excellent experience. The gym is well equipped, clean, and thoughtfully organized, with ample space to train comfortably. The washrooms are clean and well maintained, and there is more than enough room throughout the facility, even during busy hours.
