Pathetic customer care!!!!! Being humiliated and then told you have trauma issues from childhood. No thanks. After almost 19 months I don't need this shit. Went from the best Gym ever to the worst in my life.
Staff here are great. The excercise equipment and restrooms are always maintained and cleaned to a high standard. Highly recommend!
I stopped by this Anytime Fitness location during a road trip. It is impressively clean. There were signs in numerous areas (mirrors, bathroom, etc) reminding customers to take care of equipment, don’t walk in with muddy shoes, etc. The bathrooms were very clean. I took a shower and unfortunately excess water was spilling out of the shower, due to maybe insufficient drainage or the angle of the floor.
