Stopped by to sign up and the receptionist was too lazy to get up from her seat to do any work. Poor sense of customer service.

The gym has a good variety of equipment and is generally clean, which I appreciate. However, it can get a bit crowded at peak times, making it hard to find an open machine. Overall, it's a decent spot if you're looking for a convenient place to work out.

So, I was looking to get back into working out and my insurance pointed me toward this place. Showed up for my first time at exactly the right time, which was nice. The staff were super chill and walked me through everything since I really didn’t know what I was doing. Got in a good workout without feeling overwhelmed, so overall it turned out pretty solid for a newbie like me over here in Los Angeles.
