Huge gym! Almost empty in the middle of the day when I was there. Shower facilities, plenty of cardio machines, weight training machines & dedicated space for lifting and stretching.
Great gym, friendly staff and the gym is always super clean. It’s a smaller gym compared to others but still lots of space and room to move around and use the equipment.
Absolutely shit. None of their PTs bothered to contact me. The management are happy to take money but deliver nothing. Waste of time.
Very welcoming and friendly as a new member. Equipment is very nice quality and everything is clean and kept up to date to a high standard. Highly recommend
