New member here, and it's been awhile since I've been to a gym, last one was Les Mills Auckland Central, and prior to that Ocean Spa. It's been very comfortable getting back into a routine and I love the simplicity of this Gym. I use the app to work out too and Ruby was great to deal with when signing up. Lauren has created 2 great work outs for me, that showed me she understood what I wanted to achieve. Of your scared of the gym environment, give this place a shot.
