Visited the Anytime Fitness several times last week, but no staff available. Just a sign that said to use the “fob”. However, there was a balloon in the parking lot to join for $1. Joined on the web. Downloaded the app to enter the facility. However, I can’t enter because a staff member has not vetted me. This is Monday and the facility is still closed to me as no staff are around. Why is the Woodville facility unstaffed? That should be posted on the website.
Scheduled for several visits. Left voicemails and phone calls, but never heard back. Just their AI messages. A week ago, I went over there, and Clint wasn't there and had left for the day. No way to get in touch directly. I'm disappointed.
I have had a great experience at this gym. I have lower back issues and both trainers Micheal and Noah have been so helpful. I am able to do so much more than before I started going.
There is no customer service! even the phone number goes on a AI which is at least 10 years old. there is no option to talk to anyone and you can make a payment, get balance or update your info! Eventhough the text message from them says call this number!!!!!!! Its beyond stupid how bad it is. It is as if someone has tried to find the worst possible way to piss customers off.
terrible management. mrs sherry is not professional, she yelled and screamed in the middle of the gym over a situation with my membership instead of being understanding & professional.
