Very cool place and Sam is an amazing and great guy
Well maintained gym. Great staff. Gym manager, Sam, is a great asset to the gym - both professional and highly personable. Frostproof is fortunate to have this wonderful local facility.
My dad and I have been working out here for years. Sam does a great job keeping the place in top shape.
I met with Sam. He has a great personality, easy to talk to. He listened to my needs and gave great advice. The facility was clean and comfortable. Signed up with my silver sneakers program and looking forward to my meeting with Lauren tomorrow.
