Looks like an Anytime franchise that was sold and is under new ownership outside of the Anytime umbrella, but refuses or doesn't know how to update their Google listing. The door signs say that a paid membership specifically for this location is required to enter and zero mention of "not Anytime anymore" or anything along those lines so probably dishonestly using the Anytime name to get new customers.
Not an anytime fitness!
It’s nasty and it stinks
We stopped by hoping to get a workout + shower as we’re traveling. There are NO SHOWERS. Plus, the bathrooms were dirty with no TP & paper towels. No water fountain.
