As of September 2025 the gym has been refreshed and some new equipment added. It has more equipment than any other AF location that Ive been to. It is always very clean and I love this location. Keep up the great work.
I have been a member for years. I have been to the Ottawa, Peru, and Plano gyms many times over the years. They are always clean and have wonderful, friendly competent staff. They have equipment for any training you can do from machines, free weights, cardio, bands, name it. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to if you have questions. I highly recommend these gyms!
Called and left a message 2 weeks ago. Was interested in using this gym. Never got a call back. Tried knocking on the door too. No answer. No one works there I guess. Super irritating. I guess they don't want any business here. Unprofessional...
You can’t be fit in Sandwich if you’re under 18. Only location I’ve ever heard that rule from before.
