Absolutely horrible. Completely a complete scam. They try to charge me $746 per membership. So me and my wife simply because I wanted to cancel and they're trying to pull out a policy that does not exist. I would not recommend this place to anybody. The owner does not know what remorse is. I don't know how she sleeps at night but trying to charge me $1,400 to cancel me and my wife's membership is absolutely insane and unacceptable
This is an honest and concise review based on my experience. The gym was recently taken over by new management under Laura, and the decline has been noticeable. Membership rates have increased significantly—from a reasonable $35/month to $60/month, or $50/month with a mandatory two-year contract—which feels unjustified given the current condition of the facility. I was forced to file a claim because out of no where, two months after i cancelled they put nearly a $200 charge on my account after not charging for the month of July and August. And even when i first cancelled it I had to text the company, and no one ever got back to me. I was not made aware of the the last 30 days charge at all. I was also blamed when their company forgot to charge my account in June; there was no "forgetting to pay"/not paying when they were able to charge me like they had done before and do now.
