I do not recommend this place. I have been going to this place for 8 years and I have hardly ever addressed the issues at this gym to the manager and I totally could have. Today I had a serious issue to address and John (the manager) was not nice to me. This is so frustrating. I have been a good client all these years, I keep my music in my headphones, I wipe the equipment and put it back where it belongs, I don’t talk on the phone while exercising and I do not deserve such cold treatment from the management. While visiting Steamboat Springs for a couple months I needed a gym that would provide the tools I needed to continue with a significant body composition makeover. I have trained in many well known gyms across the country along with being trained by pros that have made it to Arnold Classic Stage and Olympia Stage. Came to steamboat for the summer and got a membership here. Clean gym, good staff, and great equipment! For sure will come back next time I’m staying in steamboat

Well-managed gym with friendly staff and up-to-date equipment. I loved the open doors letting in the fresh mountain air. I highly recommend using the aqua massage bed after your workout!
