I answered this because I took a membership in 2024 and I barely go to the gym but suddenly I had a stomach surgery on March 1st 2025 , I asked to the manager of my gym in Terrace and she asked me to provide 6 months doctor's note so that they will convinced about my condition , which is so unethical. Signing up with Brooke was absolutely lovely, she was fast, professional and knowledgeable. Got me signed up quickly and made sure not to waste any of my time. If only every customer service experience could be like this one. Give this girl a raise!
What they lack in size, they definitely make up for in substance. It's true, the gym is smaller than your average big box gym, but they also do not have a "million" members, and the gym never feels crowded, even in peak hours. Clean bathrooms/Showers and friendly staff. The massage bed is a bonus!
I’ve had a disappointing experience with Anytime Fitness. I requested to cancel my membership, but instead of processing the cancellation, they keep calling me. Despite my request, they are still charging me for another month. I informed them that I have two pending freeze months and suggested using them before canceling so I wouldn’t have to pay for an additional month.
