Signing up with Brooke was absolutely lovely, she was fast, professional and knowledgeable. Got me signed up quickly and made sure not to waste any of my time. If only every customer service experience could be like this one. Give this girl a raise!

What they lack in size, they definitely make up for in substance. It's true, the gym is smaller than your average big box gym, but they also do not have a "million" members, and the gym never feels crowded, even in peak hours. Clean bathrooms/Showers and friendly staff. The massage bed is a bonus!

I’ve had a disappointing experience with Anytime Fitness. I requested to cancel my membership, but instead of processing the cancellation, they keep calling me. Despite my request, they are still charging me for another month. I informed them that I have two pending freeze months and suggested using them before canceling so I wouldn’t have to pay for an additional month. I came to Terrace for three weeks, and since I go to Anytime Fitness in Prince Rupert, I decided to check out the Anytime Fitness here. One day, I noticed the manager, Brooke, was cleaning the gym. I was curious because, in Rupert, it’s usually the cleaners who do that. I had seen her in the office before, so I started a conversation with her. I have been having issues updating my payment info online. I called for help and got nowhere, complete waste of time! I stopped in during the day and saw Brook, click click done! Fast, knowledgable friendly service!! Thank you Brook!
