I am a loyal member of many years. As I rely on my membership for mental health, I have been scared to voice my opinion as I am afraid my membership will be cancelled for speaking up. I love my gym but can’t stand how bad staff has been treated over the years. I have been friendly with most of the managers and all voiced how poorly they were treated by whoever is in charge. Very disappointed with the staff and manager at Anytime Fitness. They were rude and unhelpful. Even after I cancelled my membership and gave a doctor’s note, they kept charging my debit card without permission. This is unacceptable and feels illegal.
Great facility, staff, and customer service.
I am very disappointed with the customer service at this location. The staff, especially Dina and the manager, are extremely rude and unhelpful. They do not show any willingness to assist members or address concerns. The overall customer service experience is poor — definitely not what I expected from Anytime Fitness.
