I’ve been a member here for a while, and while the facility itself is always spotless, the recent changes have been incredibly disappointing. The manager, Demi, is hardworking and consistently goes above and beyond to keep things running smoothly, often handling maintenance issues herself. Alina is always friendly and does an amazing job keeping the place spotless. However, it’s clear the company’s priorities are misaligned.
