I'm really disappointed in the customer service at this gym. I travel often and was excited that they offered day and weekly passes in their membership options. Initially I spoke with Alex, who was gracious and offered a fair price. Then Sergio doubled the price and said he couldn't honor Alex's quote. And, he was 15 minutes late for our appointment to discuss membership. VERY disappointing, and it gave the impression that the business is run sloppily and greedily. This anytime fitness gym has by far the best anytime fitness gym equipment I've have seen and I've been to 5 different anytime fitness gyms, love the 3 all gender restrooms and they got multiple punching back with a very well maintained hydro massage chair, there are many gyms open 24H in oxnard but this one is by far the less crowded one

I don’t recommend this gym at all. I tried multiple times to cancel my membership after being a member for over two years, and they repeatedly refused to process my cancellation without a valid reason. Even though I kept paying for months without using the gym, they still made it extremely difficult. When I finally revoked the charge because they wouldn’t cancel, they sent my account to collections, even though I had already paid an extra month. Have been attending this gym for a while and experience is great! Love a 24 hour gym where I feel safe and it’s not crowded like 24 hour fitness or gold’s gym. I can actually get a good workout in an appropriate amount of time
