We just moved to the area and we’re considering a few gyms around. I’m absolutely shocked and disgusted at this kind of junkie businesses. What do you mean it’s smelly AND you don’t cancel memberships of people affected by the fire? We run a business to and despite it being new and barely profitable, we still never make people so unhappy like I’ve seen in the reviews. Will not be visiting. Fix your model or watch yourselves run out of business.
Signed up for a one-year membership with my wife, paying monthly…..we were shocked to find there’s no option to cancel; no early termination fee, no flexibility, nothing. You’re locked in no matter what (I even tried reaching out to the staff, but they didn’t really do much). Feels like a trap more than a gym membership. Judging by other 1 star reviews, this is a common issue. Very predatory business model. Wouldn’t recommend.
Why does no one ever answer the phone there
Great gym. Equipment is always maintained and new additions are made. It's a very accessible and comfortable place to work out.
