Came in to cancel my membership on April 25, was told I’d just get charged once more and my membership would be cancelled. Well it’s been 2 months and I’m still getting charged every other week. Phone calls aren’t being answered, there was no one at the gym to talk to.

This location SUCKS!! I canceled my membership in person when the planet fitness opened up around the corner. Finally went to location to cancel since nobody could answer phone after 3 weeks of calling. I paid the cancellation and the current month etc. around $150 total. This was 3 months ago. Today I get a call from a debt collector saying I owe $150 and my account is in collections.

I don't know what else to do to get your attention. I've been trying to cancel my membership since April 28th. 59 days. No one answered the phone for weeks. Not one single email has been responded to. I tried coming in, no one was there, during hours. I finally got someone who answered the phone and said they'd have to charge me for 30 more days, which is crap since I had already been trying to cancel for more than 30 days. The management here is not professional at all. They do not answer the phone, answer emails, and make the process of cancelling a membership extremely difficult. Anytime I visit the site to receive assistance, there is not a manager there.
