Lorena my personal trainer is very professional and friendly. She has the ability to put you at ease while at the same time challenging me to reach my goals. I hadn't had a trainer before but am so glad I found Lorena. Her expertise in the field and friendship has truly enriched my life particularly in the physical.

Shitty staff they mark eveey bad review as spam with a rude message behind it its a horrible place the staff is extremely rude and they treat every customer as if they are replaceable and like they don't mean shit to anybody
The owner is proactive in keeping the gym clean, equipment maintained and always friendly to members. I feel at home working out. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
