Staff only cares if they can make a buck. Reached out by mail, phone, and messaging and it took almost 2 months to get a callback about a billing issue.

My doctor sent them a notice to cancel my membership in July 2025 and they are still taking money from my account every other week. My membership was over last month and they are still charging me. I keep calling to cancel my membership and no one answers the phone. I went 2 times in March of last year and had a terrible asthma attack while I was there. Then I found out the next day that I had congestive heart failure and they still wouldn't cancel my membership. Do not join this gym. You will definitely regret it.
