I have been trying to cancel the membership, but the staff keeps giving me false information. They send me to another location, then change their story again. When I ask for the official email address, they refuse to provide it. Even when I leave my contact information, no one reaches out. This is an absolutely disgusting way to run a business. While this facility has friendly staff and decent equipment, the contract you sign is predatory and the staff does not thoroughly cover the cancellation policies. I was locked into a year long, bi-weekly payment plan because I refused to drive 15 minutes away to a Planet Fitness. Maybe for dedicated gym-goers this place is nice, but for first time gym members this company is terrible.

I’ve been charged for over three years for this contract that they barely explained. I keep emailing them over and over again to cancel. Am I supposed to dispute it with the credit card company like come on? You have collected for over three years of me not stepping foot in your doors. Give it up!

I cannot recommend this company. While the 24-hour access is convenient and the equipment selection is decent, the business model is extremely predatory, especially toward first-time gym members. When I signed up, I was 18 years old and joining a gym for the first time. The staff skimmed over a long contract and had me sign it without clearly explaining the cancellation terms.
