I have been trying to cancel for several weeks now. Have called multiple times, and emailed support with zero response. It is infuriating
At first, wasn't really interested in joining a gym again. I was lured in for a free massage and a free 7 day membership that I figured I could use, and get some workouts in while I was there. Its been 2 weeks and I finally became a member, because Joe, the gym manager, was patient with me and understanding. When I signed up for the free days, he told me he's only had two people not join after the trial. I can see why, if this is the service he provides each time. Joe S. has been fantastic in multiple facets. Answering questions, helping me get started and showing me around the place. Couldn't recommend this place or their employees enough. Clean, nice, and friendly.

I found an excellent gym community here ! The members and staff have been so friendly. The classes are a great option whether you are a beginner or getting back into a routine . It’s always kept clean and in order.
