The layout is not ideal as the freeweight room can feel tight with only a few people working out together. There aren't a whole lot of cardio equipment and they're all dated. The weight machines are a bit dated as well. It's a shame money was spent on remodeling the aerobics room but none was put towards replacing the old equipment. They have 4 private shower rooms which is nice compared to other AF gyms which may only have 2-3. A couple of issues though. Love this fitness center! Excellent location, people are super friendly and equipment is new and kept clean and especially the showers and restroom facilities. Would highly recommend this gym!

Bathrooms dirty, use cloth shower curtains without liners, liners on some showers are moldy. Dirt, unkept floors. If this place wasn’t so conveniently located I would not be a member
Great value gym! Recently updated layout, paint and flooring in mirrored exercise room. Good selection of machines and free weights. It is frequently maintained by staff.
