HOT YOGA! – The Hot yoga is an amazing bargain at Rapid Fitness. Teachers Laura, Kristen, and Jacquie are absolutely wonderful, well-trained, and love to challenge you! Not as Cheap as you think – What a monthly bargain! Then you get the pressure to sign up for personal training. Ouch. If you don't sign up, they really could care less about you there. If you are needing a workout place with expensive personal training this is the place for you. If you want a health club that isn't expensive and hope to be shown safely around, and employees that care about you.... keep on looking. Great Gym! – Rapid Fitness is a great place to work out.. new equipment, different fitness classes, and helpful staff. The trainers are especially helpful. I was a little bit anxious about starting personal training, but it seemed to be a perfect fit once I got started. Highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area looking.
