This gym honestly deserves more than 5 stars!! I was a former long-time 24 Hr Fitness member for more than 20+ years as well as a former YMCA member before I signed up here. This was THE BEST gym decision I've ever made!! I was hesitant to join this gym bc it was "small" compared to the former gyms listed above but realize now that the hesitation was unfounded!! This has been a great gym for me! Using the clean-and-ready facilities with "personal training lite" has significantly advanced my physical and mental health. It brought me out of a damaged knee funk and got me through the healing process -- while strengthening muscles overall and my beating heart.
