My experience at this care company has been mostly positive. Management is supportive and accessible, while the team environment is friendly. I value the scheduling flexibility and appreciate the consistent training and safety equipment provided. Pay is reliable and punctual.

I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give anything else . Terrible from the start. The company has a terrible and very unfriendly receptionist. The people in the office also have the same attitude which for a care company is absolutely unacceptable. I was asked to come for an “interview”. Only to be left in a room alone for long periods, with no check up, nothing . I had to come out numerous times to have the receptionist’s attention. Worked there for a year and a half with continuous issues of pay. Now left the company and still have not received wages. When entering the office to speak with the accounts team they proceed to try and put their hands on me and tell me they have calculated themselves ignoring what the law and my pay entitlement states. Not only me with this issue continuous calls of incorrect pay and complaints from clients. Management and directors of the company are its downfall.
