The service I received for my son was nothing short of very very good. Lynn was extremely helpful and patient with me and my family. She answered all of our questions and she promptly went to the jail and handled this accordingly.

Well my first night in the office with the lady Ms lisa b was Horrible she was very rude didn’t give you time to explain didn’t listen just out right rude , the next day when my son was released I prayed she wasn’t there and thank God she wasn’t I can’t remember the person name but it was amazing their attitude was welcoming they made sure we knew what to do after we left !! I give this place a 10 , but I wouldn’t refer anyone to deal with Ms Lisa b

Definiitely not anytime because they don't answer their phones on Sundays and after certain hours. They refuse collect calls from the jail which is indicative of some times they will be avail. Do not use them. They are a waste to the bonding community
