My wife set up to have my windshield replaced on my truck. I paid extra to have the tint strip installed. They showed up and there was no tint strip, said I had to take it to their shop and I’m far to busy to do so. Very disappointed. And then I arrive home from work and find a piece of my cowling broken and sitting in my driveway. Dude who did the install mentioned nothing about it and left. The information did get to our office and it looks like the proper procedures and flow of information was not followed. A manager or myself should have responded to you immediately in regards to this issue. Great experience with Anytime Auto Glass & Tint! From the first call to make an appointment to the last follow up, the customer service was amazing!! They even picked up my car and dropped it off when they were done. I just can’t recommend them enough ❤️
