Horrible experience. Would give negative stars if possible. Didn’t show up within the window of time they provided then charged up front when they finally did show up. Took forever ( weeks) to get them to come back to “fix and replace part” and once they finally did, washing machine is still not working properly. Very unprofessional, rude. Don’t use them.

Well I thought this company was reliable upfront. I was totally disappointed with the results. I had a freezer leak and they came out and told me it was the compressor so we paid for that and was told it was a off brand and was upcharged. That was just the first of many calls to try and get them to come back was check for a leak. Bottom line they failed to come back and said it was not worth fixing and I had to hire a much better reliable knowledgeable mechanic that did fix the freezer the same day for very reasonable price.... read more

Came over to look at fridge and told us needed money up front to fix. Decided we would buy a new fridge and they said we would have to go with them since they already ordered the part charged 575 to fix a motherboard and something else. Very shady company has no company car basically a man and woman who just show up make you right a check and the labor took very little time like 20 minutes. I would not recommend at all.

Would give negative stars if I could. Incompetent and unprofessional. Took the money upfront, failed to perform the repair, and then threatened us. AVOID these crooks.

I was a little septic to contact due to past reviews, needed a dryer repair at a affordable price. Dale and his team went straight to the problem, he also replaced parts that were a safety hazard for me. They even took a look at my oven that needed a new element, with a quick run he repaired with ease! I am 2 weeks into my repairs and they work better than before! Very honest, fast, great prices!
