Home Advisor only matches you with one Pro. That pro is charged a referral fee even if you choose someone else. Terrible you can do better using google and getting estimate and checking insurance etc.
Appearently you can only leave good reviews, my review has been denied several times. It only said I had a bad experience with the contractor. Nothing slanderous or derogatory.
