Called on a Tuesday to book a safety certificate inspection for my camper trailer, scheduled for Friday with a promised completion time of 2 PM. I called at 3:30 PM to check if it was ready and was told I could pick it up. When I arrived at 4 PM, the trailer was in the exact same position as when I dropped it off—it hadn’t moved a centimeter.
