The “gentleman” who was on the phone with my wife treated her like crap today. I’ve always had great interactions with all other staff. It took me a minute to remember I also had a bad experience with him on two occasions. If you don’t have a conversation with a woman, avoid at all costs.
My husband had the most beautiful arrangement sent to my work place for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately the florist did not wrap the flowers and the cold burnt them. I know it's just flowers but I'm sure my husband spent a decent amount on Valentine's Day flowers and I would expect the florist to care more about the product they put out.
