The “gentleman” who was on the phone with my wife treated her like crap today. I’ve always had great interactions with all other staff. It took me a minute to remember I also had a bad experience with him on two occasions. If you don’t have a conversation with a woman, avoid at all costs.
My husband had the most beautiful arrangement sent to my work place for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately the florist did not wrap the flowers and the cold burnt them. I know it's just flowers but I'm sure my husband spent a decent amount on Valentine's Day flowers and I would expect the florist to care more about the product they put out.

Purchased an arrangement for Mothers Day 2023. Flowers were never delivered and I was never notified of the missed delivery. I had to call and ask about what happened, I was told it was a glitch in the system. They later told my mother that given the busy holiday that they had forgotten about the order (I'm not sure how that's possible).
