Tayler was so kind and accommodating right from the get go. This gym has everything you need to get a great workout in no matter what type of lifting you do. The members were equally as welcoming. Check it out if you’re visiting the area
Iv been coming here for two years now . Recently moved to FL and split my time between FL and here and every time I’m home they welcome me with such love and kindness. This is a GREAT gym. New old or unsure of what you want to do fitness wise !!!!! HIGHLY highly recommend

Highly recommend, great vibe, clean gym, unique machines to use for HIIT, and they also have a sauna/ice bath. Not very crowded, check em out!
