Paid him a deposit in September of 2022 and he now won't call, text or e-mail any of us back. Frustrated!!! Wedding is in August, 2023.

I wouldn’t even give this man a one star. It doesn’t matter how good he is when he plays for a wedding or an event. His customer service was absolutely terrible. Was supposed to send me a contract 2 months ago and never did. I’ve tried to call and text and could not get a response at all. Took me to call off of restricted to get an answer from him just to find out he already booked my date. Which is totally fine, I’ve told him many times if he’s already booked to please just let me know either way. Will NEVER recommend him t... read more
