Moreover, when it had actually been mentioned, while your employee worked (and arrived late, I might add) on one of the buildings with cars adjacent, vehicles were moved immediately. Hired this company after the snowstorm this year, and an agreed upon cost, for multiple-building roofing repairs (with the outcome satisfactory), only to be arbitrarily charged an additional fee for vehicles I had been explicitly told would not be an obstruction, after asking one of the workers, beforehand. To make matters worse, they attempted to start new work, without an explicit agreement in place for the cost. Because of these tactics, it has costed them thousands of dollars in ongoing work on the property.
I had to get this done from out of state where I live. Mark was prompt with the quote, came in at the best price, and was easy to work with. They showed up when expected and completed the work in one day and cleaned up so well that you cannot even tell they were here. Roof came out great. Would highly recommend Anything and Everything Roofing to anyone needing roof work in the area.
