I am having a HORRIBLE time trying to get a refund on my cancelled trip. I am part of a group of four who booked a trip to Italy with Nancy DiGiglio. We had to cancel 2 months before leaving on April 1 due to severe illness of two people in our group. Since then, Nancy has been difficult to work with and will not assist in ANY way to help me get my money back for my airline ticket.
