I just called and I wish they take the ad off the radio because I asked about the $6,000 trade in special and they don’t offer it anymore …. I really need a new car .. day 1 without one and I’m already highly disappointed and stressed
My fiancé an I walked in after be treated horrible at Jones ready to give up. Ken was so welcoming and took the time to listen to what we were looking for what we could afford and really worked with us!! I have had minor issues since such as needing a second key and minor mechanical issue with the lock. Still no complaints they have made servicing the issue as hassle free as anyone could want!! Always helpful and friendly!! Thank you so much for bring me hope the day i walked in ready to give up!!
My experience at Anyone Rides was okay overall. Ken was a cool salesman, but I would have appreciated more transparency in discussing pricing before they ran my credit. The process focused a lot on income and bank statements rather than open price negotiations. I also worked with Tim, but I didn’t feel as supported in the car-buying process as I had hoped. If you’re considering this dealership, just be sure to ask plenty of questions and make sure you’re comfortable with the financing approach.
Was told over the phone that they work with 400+ credit and I wouldn’t need a down payment. Came in and wasted my time for them to tell me I need 5k down.
