They responded very quickly, arranged an appointment very quickly, and went above and beyond to fix our rear window! Freddy, the specialist who came to fix the glass, was very personable and professional. When it turned out that a part of the rear windshield wiper was stuck, I had terrible visions of the cost and difficulty of getting a new wiper - but instead, he temporarily installed the glass so we'd have a rear window, took the part home and got help from a friend to get it apart, and came back the next day to install ev... read more
