작년 11월쯤에 있었던 일 입니다. 200불의 보증금을 지불한 후, 부품만 오더를 해놓고 수리는 나중에 하기로 말씀드렸는데, 사장님께선 2주 안에 오더한 부품을 반품하지 않으면 더이상 반품이 불가능하다는 고지를 해주시지 않았습니다. 일정이 너무 바빠 부품을 오더 한 후 2주가 넘어서 방문을 하였습니다만, 마음이 변해 다른차를 구매하고 수리하기로 한 차를 그냥 판매하고싶다고 생각해서 ’수리를 받지 않겠다‘ 라고 말씀드렸는데 사장님은 2주가 넘었기에 부품 반품이 불가능하다고 말씀하셨습니다. 부품을 오더하고 방문이 불가능하다고 따로 연락드리지못한점은 저의 잘못도 분명히 있다고 생각하지만, 2주 이후엔 반품이 불가능하다고 미리 고지를 하셨어야한다고 생각합니다. 만약 그리 고지하셨더라면 상당히 가격이 나가는 부품 (679$) 을 오더한 후 2주 후에 찾아가는 일은 없었다고 생각하고, 그게 아니더라도 최소한 반품 가능 기한이 지나기 전 연락이라도 주시는게 맞았다고 생각합니다. 환불은 못받았고 연락이 따로 오질 않는걸로 보아 부품은 아직 갖고계시는... read more
