The office staff is horrible and rude. I had a scheduled appointment for my son, took time off of work and took him out of school early for appointment to be told them have no appointment on file; however, they had all his information even though he is a new patient. So the office staff didn't do their job and wouldn't even attempt to work us in. Unacceptable!! The doctor might be good, but he needs a new office staff since that's the first impression.
