We were traveling through Eugene, Oregon and had an issue with our RV tank. I spoke to a customer service representative named Tom and he went above and beyond to help me. Although no resolution was done today he stayed in contact until he felt confident that we were going to get the help we needed even though we were moving onto a different state. Tom needs a raise!
