Antonio came out to our place and was fantastic. He was on time, was super friendly/knowledgeable and provided a complete and honest evaluation of our furnace. He also gave us recommendations for some items relating to our hot water tank that he saw as problematic, but never pushed us to make a decision; choosing rather to educate us first and provide a proposal for the next service appt. Ebony was also very accommodating when booking our appt and confirming our needs. Looks like we’ve found our heating and A/C people :)
Good listener and communicator. Did a thorough job cleaning my heat pump motor after years of neglect.
