Tests are fast and cheap. Blood draw is fairly painless and very quick. My test results were supposed to be emailed to me within 30 minutes. I waited 3 days and did not receive results. I called the phone number; no one answered. I left a text; no one answered. I called customer support; no one answered. I had to drive in and get my results printed. My gender was listed wrong on my profile.
My wife and I both needed blood tests done and my wife’s previous experience had not been a good one. The phlebotomist took several attempts to hit a vein and then the draw was very slow. However, this time, Leah was great! She reassured my wife that it would be quick and easy. She was RIGHT! Leah hit the vein the first time and the draw was over in a matter of seconds. My experience was the same. A quick pinch of the needle and the next thing you know, all done. Leah is the BEST!
