If you want to be met with a nasty representative of this company this is the place. Bright and early in the morning this woman, at Wesley Chapel, was nasty and rude. That’s not how you do customer service.

Went today and the staff person was rude! Had a 5 minute discussion on my need to make an appointment when no one was in the building for a urine drug test and all advertising says walk in’s welcome. She said I needed to remove my mask because I could be hiding pee in it(the hiding pee part wasn’t necessary or nice to say). She treated me like a drug addict for an employment urine drug screen.
