(considering to have your blood drawn) Kay, the wonderful phlebotomist, was fast, professional and THANK GOD, finally someone that can draw blood without pain!! You’d think that wouldn’t be so hard. Oh no! Kay was so sweet, gentle and kind and I cannot recommend them enough!! I’ll gladly go back whenever my dr. requires me to!
