Called them 7 times over 5 weeks asking about the status of a test that was sent to an MRO and was given a different excuse each time (when they actually picked up) as to why it wasn't taken care of. On April 22nd, I visited this establishment for the first time and was disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. I greeted the two women at the front with a friendly “hey hey,” but received no acknowledgment or response — a poor first impression for any guest walking into a new place.
