I’m saying this for the safety of the clients going to this location, no disrespect to the woman who tried (and failed) to perform my blood draw. I had an appointment on Thursday (3/27/25) to get my blood drawn for a sneak peek. We were forced to sign a waiver that said if they harmed us, they were not liable for it. I recently visited this location and the front desk associate told me I was rude. She said I was rude because I took to long to respond and she couldn’t find my information. She seem to have a lack of knowledge of what was going on and didn’t know how to check me in. I’m glad I was refunded by the third party agency and that I have health insurance. Won’t be returning
