Dianne Millers has a horrible attitude with clients. We paid $300 for a hair test for my husband, important, for legal documents and she made him make up a middle name! He doesn’t have a middle name and she told him she needed one. Then we get the results today and there wasn’t enough hair, it’s her fault and they will make us pay again!
