Enjoyed the conversation and the process was easy breezy!
Had to have a timed blood test. Lots of prep the night before. The test had to be done by 9 am . I had used this lab a few years ago . They don’t take insurance anymore, nothing on the website or no sign on the desk. I arrived as soon as they opened . One gentleman was ahead of me . The nurse took my Id and insurance card. Nothing was said to me about insurance. She finally called me back and said they do not take insurance and might want to go some where else. It is now 9:40. Needed to cancel my appointment. Called in and was told I would receive a refund. Never received it. I continued to call and was constantly given the same story that the manager is busy running multiple locations and as soon as he has time he’ll refund my money. Here we are a year later and still no refund. Update: Just an update that Mr. Adams did make it right and took accountability for the oversight.
