Worst experience ever. Ordered a Covid PCR test for travelers at a price tag of $150. At the test side they tell me if I want the results before the flight (next day) I need to pay premium at a price tag of $240. I should have walked out at that moment, but I decided to pay. Here is the biggest frustration: I got the test results about a couple of hours after the visit. I arranged for and paid for a pre-employment drug screen for a prospective employee, handed the paperwork to him and sent him for his drug test. 8 days later Any Lab tells me the test results are his and I cannot have them. These idiots do not understand the purpose of a pre-employment drug test. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Worst custom experience ever. We needed a Covid test for a concert in another state. The receptionist said we might need the PCR test to fly. When we asked where she got this information from and if it was needed for domestic or just international flights she said we were arguing with her. Since the PCR test was twice as much money and takes longer we asked again, just trying to find out which test we really needed. No customer service. First there is clearly a banner out front that says "WALKINS WELCOME" but not true I had to make an appointment. When I did I was told I would get a confirmation. I did not, so I had to call to make sure it was confirmed. So when I got to my appointment I questioned why I had to make an appointment and she said because of COVID. WARNING: do not use this lab! They drew several vials of my blood for an out-of-state lab, lost it for several days, it showed up eventually warm and spoiled. Technicians and customer service contradicted each others stories about whereabouts of my blood. Worse yet, they have not answered the phone for more than a week, not returned voicemails. This location hires any “trash” off the street, some “barrio” chica named Virginia should be fired. This girl has no education, people skills, nor does she even know her job. She coded my urinalysis incorrect, so the company is making do it over again. Please be aware of this “barrio” piece.
