I went to the location at Peoples Plaza in Newark, DE. Was greeted by a very friendly receptionist/phlebotomist named Jessika. Although she is just learning English it wasn't a barrier with Google Translator at the reception desk on their computer. This was the first time in my life I had an absolutely painless blood draw. And it only took 3-5 minutes. Would I recommend their service? 110% YES!!!!! Fast service, low cost (I paid out of pocket), and totally painless. Really pleasant experience.
Scam lab stay away
I arranged for and paid for a pre-employment drug screen for a prospective employee, handed the paperwork to him and sent him for his drug test. 8 days later Any Lab tells me the test results are his and I cannot have them. These idiots do not understand the purpose of a pre-employment drug test. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Worst custom experience ever. We needed a Covid test for a concert in another state. The receptionist said we might need the PCR test to fly. When we asked where she got this information from and if it was needed for domestic or just international flights she said we were arguing with her. Since the PCR test was twice as much money and takes longer we asked again, just trying to find out which test we really needed. No customer service. First there is clearly a banner out front that says "WALKINS WELCOME" but not true I had to make an appointment. When I did I was told I would get a confirmation. I did not, so I had to call to make sure it was confirmed. So when I got to my appointment I questioned why I had to make an appointment and she said because of COVID. I told her then take the banner down. She said they can't. Its a banner that can easily be taken down. Then they changed me a "collection fee." It clearly said on the o... read more
